01. Services Provided
Rouse Pressure Washing provides professional exterior cleaning solutions, including high-pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, and window cleaning for residential and commercial properties throughout the Greater Bay Area and Sacramento region.
02. Scheduling & Access
Clients must ensure that the property is accessible on the scheduled date. This includes unlocking gates and providing clear paths to the work areas. Our team requires access to functional outdoor water spigots to perform the services.
03. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are valid for 30 days. Final pricing is based on the visible square footage and scope of work at the time of estimation. Service payment is due in full upon completion. We accept payment via cash, check, or major credit cards.
04. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. To ensure high-quality results and technician safety, we reserve the right to reschedule in the event of severe weather, including lightning, high winds, or heavy rain.
05. Customer Responsibilities
Before our arrival, please move vehicles, outdoor furniture, and sensitive plants away from the work area. Ensure all windows and doors are tightly shut to prevent water intrusion. Household pets and children must be kept indoors during the entire cleaning process.
06. Use of Water & Utilities
Rouse Pressure Washing utilizes the customer's on-site water supply for all standard projects. If your property is on a private well or has water supply restrictions, please notify us prior to your service date.
07. Property Condition & Liability
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing property conditions, including but not limited to loose mortar, deteriorating wood, oxidation, or failed window seals. Our liability is strictly limited to the total cost of the specific service provided.
08. Environmental & Chemical Use
We utilize biodegradable and eco-friendly cleaning agents designed to be safe for your property and the environment. We take additional precautions, such as pre-soaking surrounding foliage, to protect your landscaping from cleaning solutions.
09. Photos & Marketing Usage
We reserve the right to take 'before and after' photographs and video of the work area for quality control and marketing purposes. No personal information or private data will be shared. If you prefer your property photos not be used in marketing, please notify us in writing before the service begins.
10. Agreement & Acceptance
By booking a service, placing a deposit, or approving an estimate with Rouse Pressure Washing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
